One determined by the IT specialist providing AI with the script of what to compile. A short audio , in the case of voices, is all AI needs to create a recording where you would believe the virtual situation created was real and the person speaking was not inserted by AI but actually happened. What is extraordinary is that it is not unlawful, right now, to transpose the face of someone you dislike into a compromising deep faked video without any legal ramifications.
