Anyone who lived in South Africa during the 1970s and 1980s will recall the crank phone calls made by radio presenter Long John Berks. Berks passed away in June 1980 but his legacy remains - in this video he talks about the iconic Lourenco Marques (now Maputo) Radio and if you listen to the end you will hear his prank calls to people like Pik Botha and Gary Player which had the morning workers who were tuned in on their way to work in hysterics.
